Rafter Glazing Bars

LS Building Plastics has a full range of rafter supported glazing bars.

Available with UPVC or aluminium capping. All of our bars are suitable for glazing polycarbonate and some are designed for use with glass.

Our UPVC Capped rafter bars are a ‘snap down’ bar system which is strong and easy to fit. This adaptable bar can be used with 10mm, 16mm and 25mm Polycarbonate.

The Aluminium Capped rafter bars are available in two styles with three widths.

Aluminium bars are long lasting and maintenance free and can hold any thickness of Polycarbonate Sheets. The 50mm & 60mm wide bars are also suitable for glass.

Aluminium capped bars are particularly suited to more exposed areas i.e. coastal or where extreme variations in temperature or high winds can occur.
