The Newdawn Conservatory Roof System, launched over 30 years ago, is a professionally engineered self supporting system that allows almost any shape, size or style of conservatory roof to be built.
The roof system consists of a suite of aluminium extrusions clad in either aluminium or PVCu, providing a choice of spans for a wide variety of uses. The Newdawn bars are completed with a full aluminium exterior capping system for a superior finish. Our wide range of capping colours includes: White, Brown, Mahogany, Rosewood and Golden Oak. We also provide a range of aluminium Ogee guttering to complement your roof. A comprehensive list of parts ensures that any conservatory roof (which can be structurally drawn) can be constructed.

Victorian
The classic Victorian style gives a nostalgic appearance that adds charm, elegance and character to any home. Adding a hip to the back of the roof allows the Victorian to fit onto a bungalow or a low pitched roof.
Edwardian
For a really striking effect combined with the maximum floor space this version can have a plain or decorative gable, ideal for a glass roof and suitable for almost any style of property where a light and airy feel and distinct appearance are required.

The traditional lean to is the most practical and cost effective way to add space – flexible in design the roof pitch can be varied to suit almost any situation. Roofs can be hipped to add style or the corners rounded to give the beauty of a Victorian design and being just a little different.

The Glazing Shop’s timber supported roof products are a ‘Sunwood’ branded system of powdercoated aluminium and PVCu Conservatory Roof component parts for anyone building a timber conservatory. Whatever the design or specification, our Sunwood Timber Glazing System is suitable for glass or polycarbonate glazing and available in two finishes, white or brown.
We offer a selection of timber ridges, snap down bars, hip bars, aluminium main bars; and a range of crestings and finials in aluminum and PVCu; as well as trims and accessories to provide a professional finish to your roof.

Titan Heavy Duty Lean to Conservatory Roof Kits
Designed for the professional builder, the Titan Lean To Roof Kit is a heavy duty commercial or domestic structural roofing system strong enough to span 5m unsupported!*
Strengthened Glazing Bars, with a built in steel reinforcing bar, are supplied oversized at 5.5m length to give you the flexibility to vary the roof pitch to suit specific site requirements. The Variable Pitch Eaves Beam and Wall Plate are capable of pitches between 5° and 25°. The Titan is suitable for glass or polycarbonate glazing and it is compatible with the Newdawn Conservatory Roof System.
* Maximum span of glazing bar with 35mm Polycarbonate – 4950mm @ 500mm centres. (Horizontal distance from the wall to the inside of the Ring Beam). Spans are based upon a loading of 0.6KN/m².
